Overall a nice driver, if you are wanting a show car you will have to spend a lot of money on this one or you can just enjoy it as is. I do have a few extra parts which include some tail light lenses, new water pump, etc. This car does have a few negative issue which are as follows the rear view mirror on the drivers door is not original, the vent windows in the front doors have been replace with a one piece glass window, the right rear tail light bucket it not correct. The fabric roof is in excellent condition and seems to be water tight. Also the horn has a good loud sound to it. Exterior and interior lights work as do the gauges. The radio itself is a rare period option, when you turn it on the dial lights up but there is no sound. I believe everything works with the exception of the radio. ![]() original price : 90,614 FOR SALE: 1937 CHRYSLER AIRFLOW IN. The paint show some signs of age, mainly a few chips and scratches but nothing that really distracts from the overall appearance. I have never bothered fixing this and this was how it was when I bought it. Someone tried shutting this without unlatching the prop arm and put a bend in the hood. Overall the body seems to be in good shape, the onlynoticeable damage is to the hood. The tires have good tread but are over 20+ years old, these should be replaced before it is driven very far. It starts and runs well but I have not driven more than around the block. The fuel system was flushed and new gas has been installed. 1936 would be the last year that Chrysler's premium Imperial model. which sold more than 52,000 units for 1936.
